The construction of the Matrix ONE building started. This six-story sustainable office and laboratory complex located in the heart of Amsterdam Science Park will be energy neutral and uses demountable construction techniques. Kindow has the honor of equipping the entire building with its Kindow Rollers. They have chosen for Kindow Rollers because it’s reducing the cooling load and ensure a clear appearance of the workspace and a uniform facade of the building.
World leading tech company 3M chose Kindow Rollers for their new European HQ near Brussels! The building’s distinctive glass facade provides a sleek and transparent appearance and of course a lot of daylight. With our Roller system the employees from 3M are ensured of an optimal balance between allowing daylight and outside view as much as possible to their new work environment while effectively preventing glare and overheating from the sun.
The new state of the art building of Hoffmann Quality Tools in Borne, is now equipped with our daylight control solution; Kindow Rollers. We maximize comfort, energy efficiency and uniform appearance on all of the three floors. Hoffmann’s building uses our wireless light sensor as first, what results in a more user friendly control and efficient installation.
We are proud that the new NEXT Delft office will be equipped with Kindow Rollers to reduce the cooling load and achieve a uniform and professional appearance. The new office is build on the campus of Technical University Delft and will provide accommodation and facilities for innovative companies.
The new VDH Solar office consists largely of glass. Beautiful, high windows provide an abundance of daylight. Kindow joined forces with PHYSEE! Together we are realizing the first integration of Kindow sun and daylight control with the SmartSkin solution by PHYSEE. Our joint project will be realized in the new Dura Vermeer Innovations Centre during the second quarter of 2020, alongside the A2 near Utrecht.
We have been commissioned by Westland Accountancy to provide their new office with Kindow Rollers. The main reason for their choice is the convenience and comfort of the automatic Kindow control and the uniform positioning that will result in a sleek facade image. OAK building on the Fizzionparc in Apeldoorn is a former Philips building from the 1960s. Recently they invested heavily to improve the building. The lighting has been replaced by LED and our Kindow Rollers have been installed. Due to these improvements, the energy consumption is significantly reduced.

The brand new office building of Orangeworks Process Professionals has opened its doors in August 2019. Kindow Verticals were incorporated into the building design as an integral part of the climatization. Besides daylight control the Kindow Verticals were implemented to improve acoustics as well.
